The Regional Workforce Wellbeing Network was set up in April 2020 with a mandate to maintain a focus on supporting the wellbeing of Health and Social Care (HSC) staff, during the COVID-19 pandemic response and beyond.

As we move through the process of dealing with this pandemic the effects on staff health and wellbeing and their families are becoming increasingly apparent. In order to effectively support staff wellbeing in HSC, it is necessary to build on the work of the Regional Workforce Wellbeing Network and to share our expertise and resources.
