The Post COVID Syndrome Service has recently been developed within each Trust in response to the needs of the post COVID population while the Condition Management Programme continues to develop to meet the changing needs of their service users.

This session, hosted by Jane Mitchell, Condition Management Programme Coordinator & Mental Health Improvement Advisor will be providing an update for GPs on the services including referral criteria, pathways and case studies.
